This recipe by Julia Child that I found while reading Julie & Julia….is delicious!!
“Ouefs en Cocotte” means eggs baked in ramekins in english, it’s so simple!
The recipe is:
1 egg 1 Teaspoon of cream (creme de leite) Some butter salt, pepper and oregano (if you want)
Preheat the oven to 350 C....
